Im sick of fad diets. Cant stand them. If youve been following me anywhere Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, my blog, etc. throughout the last 2.5 yearsPARSED CONTENT
The site states the following, "My Break Up With Paleo." We noticed that the web site also stated " Middot; In Nutrition and Health." It also stated " Im sick of fad diets. No grains or legumes peanuts, wheat, beans, etc. No dairy unless youre primal in which case grassfed organic dairy is okay. High in healthy fats coconut, lard, tallow, etc. Low in carbohydrates for the most part unless youre super athletic. Lots of nuts, veggies, fish, and pasture raised meats. And the Cookie Marathon Begins." The header had paleo as the highest ranking keyword. This keyword was followed by diet, fad diet, and new years which isn't as urgent as paleo.
